This year CHOICE Humanitarian will be the latest recipient of the annual Clarity Trust donation, funded by IntelliClear. This is an annual program, with the help of which Intelliclear donates 1% of its corporate profits to aid exceptional charitable organizations; the program is a part of corporate effort to help and support organizations that work for the betterment of communities and humanity across the globe.
Eric Shuster, President and CEO of IntelliClear, announced,”Despite a difficult economic climate, we at IntelliClear are honored to share our blessings and contribute to the selfless efforts of CHOICE Humanitarian, an organization dedicated to the development of essential living infrastructure in villages around the globe.” Alex Kalamarides, Ph.D., Managing Director and General Partner of IntelliClear, added, “As a small business, IntelliClear urges companies of all sizes to give whatever contributions they can to make a difference in the lives of those suffering in impoverished countries — many who may never emerge from poverty without a helping hand from organizations such as CHOICE Humanitarian,
CHOICE Humanitarian undertakes annual projects, to help in the progress of countries like Nepal, Guatemala, Mexico, Kenya and Bolivia. These projects include construction of schools, hospitals, water systems, greenhouses, biogas digesters and other such facilities. CHOICE humanitarian also provides help in the fields of micro-credit, micro-enterprise, women’s savings programs, healthcare, etc. The organization also holds a four star rating, given to it by Charity Navigator. CHOICE Humanitarian employs local directors in each country, who are not only passionate about their work, but also know and understand the needs of the local community. The organization aims to help countries become more self-reliant, and to free themselves from the grip of poverty.
As said by Leah Barker, CEO of CHOICE Humanitarian, “When a company like IntelliClear makes the effort to give back to their community and to humanity in general, benefits are seen on all sides. Working together, non-profits and businesses can remedy many of the world’s problems without government intervention… CHOICE isn’t about what villagers can do with us and our many donors; it’s ultimately what they can do without us.
