The Leadership Development Programme is monitored during delivery and partners will be supported, via six-monthly follow-up visits, to review the capacity development of partners and provide ongoing support for the organisational transformation programmes of partners.
An evaluation meeting will be held at mid-term of the project and a full evaluation will be carried out against the proposed outcomes at the end of the project. The mid term and end of project evaluation will also give a chance to review the partnership agreement, and make any changes or adjustments to the Joint Development Strategy.
Feedback from the programme will be incorporated into Proponent Organization’s organisational reviews and will impact and strengthen Proponent Organization’s organisational and social transformation work with other partner organisations. This will be particularly relevant in terms of facilitating and sharing learning between this programme and other Proponent Organization programmes.
