Partner NGOs: The partner NGOs will be implementing project directly in their pre-determined field areas. The NGOs will engage their teams in mobilizing and training the communities and facilitating various project processes. As they have been working in Nepal for many years, even during conflict times, they have considerable local experience and local connections in making this project a success. The field expertise of these NGOs will contribute to the achievement of field successes under the project.
Local Government Agencies: The local district developmental agencies of the government will be involved in undertaking capacity-building programmes. This is to enable a process of synergy with governmental resources and ensure partnership for overall development. Besides, any policy support under the project can be expected from these agencies.
Beneficiaries: The beneficiaries will be contributing to the project, technically as well as financially to ensure that the principles of ownership and participation are put into place.
