Proposals are accepted for Direct Support to Micro Projects for Poverty Alleviation through improved delivery of social services and through the provision of complementary resources under Europe Aid.
Objectives-
- Education of the poor, vulnerable and marginalised
- health of the poor, vulnerable and marginalised
- Social welfare of the poor, vulnerable and marginalised
- Creation of the opportunities for social inclusion of the disabled and the stigmatized
- women’s empowerment and gender issues
The overall indicative amount made available under this Call for Proposals is MUR 56 millions. The planned duration of an action may not be lower than 12 months nor exceed 18months.
Eligibility & Criteria-
- be legal persons
- be non profit making
- be directly responsible for the preparation and the management of the action with the co-applicant(s) and affiliated entity(ies), not acting as an intermediary
- be established in a Member State of the European Union and an ACP country
- be legally registered inRepublic of Mauritius
