European Economic Area (EEA) grants is seeking project proposals on ‘Community based Crime Prevention Measures’ within the program ‘Children and Youth at Risk’ (CYAR) for small grants schemes. The major objective of the program is improved well-being of children and young people at risk. Projects shall focus on supporting the implementation of the aforementioned objective of the CYAR program.
Program fields to be addressed are – good governance, environmental considerations, economic sustainability, social sustainability, and gender equality. The target groups are – children and youth aged up to 26 years, parents, employees state and local government institutions and their sub-offices, and members of non-governmental organizations.
Eligibility Criteria –
- Nongovernmental organizations, public institutions and authorities, including ministries and their agencies; local and county governments; foundations, universities and other legal persons in public law of the Republic of Estonia are eligible to apply.
- Institutions and organizations of donor and beneficiary states or Russia may participate in the project as partners.
- Commercial organizations may be included as project partners but may not be applicants.
