The United States Embassy in Uzbekistan is pleased to invite applications for Fulbright visiting foreign student program to pursue masters degree program in US. The Fellowship is offered in the fields of-
- Business Administration
- Economics
- Education
- Environmental Management
- International Affairs
- Journalism and Mass Communications
- Law
- Library and Information Science
- Public Administration
- Public Health
- Public Policy
Eligibility & Criteria-
- Applicants must be citizens or nationals of Uzbekistan or permanent residents qualified to hold a valid passport issued by the nominating country.
- Applicants must have completed their undergraduate education and hold a degree equivalent to a U.S. Bachelor’s degree by the start of the grant period.
- Applicants should have a sufficient level of English to enable them to successfully complete full-time graduate study in the U.S. with a recent paper-based TOEFL score of 550 or higher or an equivalent test [i.e., internet-based TOEFL (IBT)].
- Strong preference will be given to applicants who have not had extensive recent experience in the U.S.
- An applicant who is currently in the U.S. is ineligible for a grant.
- An applicant’s financial need or status will not be a factor in the selection process.
