Nigerian Technical Cooperation Fund NTCF 2015 Pipeline Of Projects

The Nigerian Technical Cooperation Fund (NTCF) is seeking proposals under its 2015 Pipeline of Projects. The grant provided by NTCF, created by the Government of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, at the African Development Bank (AfDB) will be of US$25,000,000, with a view to contributing to the economic and technological development and social progress of the Regional Member Countries (RMCs) and to promote regional cooperation and economic integration in Africa.

Focus areas – Science and technology; Health; Business and finance; Agriculture; Education; Governance; Public administration; Regional integration; Gender Issues; Climate change and Green Development.

The objective of the call is to promote African solidarity, regional integration and technological advancement as well as economic independence through increased capacity building and institutional support initiatives in development efforts for the benefits of the Bank’s RMCs.


The Directorate of Technical Cooperation in Africa (DTCA) under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs aims to enhance Africa’s development by creating the enabling environment and opportunity for Nigerian professionals and indeed those of African descent to invest their immense intellect, expertise and skills in the economies of Africa; with the aim of bridging the widening economic and scientific gap between Africa and the rest of the world.

Duly prepared Proposals using the application format are to be submitted by the deadline.
