Proposals are accepted for Non-State Actors and Local Authorities in Development Actions in Lebanon under EuropeAid. The purpose of this program is to support actions aiming at promoting an inclusive and empowered society in Lebanon.
The overall indicative amount made available under this Call for Proposals is 300.000 EUR. The initial planned duration of an action may not be lower than 18 months nor exceed 48 months.
Eligibility & Criteria-
- be a local authority or association of local authorities (municipality or Union of municipalities). Unions, Associations or Federations of local authorities must have legal personality and they must have been registered for at least three years at the time of the submission of an application
- be established in Lebanon or in a Member State of the European Union
- be directly responsible for the preparation and management of the action with the co-applicant(s) and affiliated entity(ies), not acting as an intermediary
