Interested applicants are invited for Training of Trainers within the framework of “Piloting the Civic Rural and Urban Involvement in School Budgeting and Spending for Efficient Preschool and Primary School Services” Project. This program is offered by Centre for Economic and Social Development (CESD) and finaced by European Union. Training will be conducted in Baku, Azerbaijan on 15-18 April 2013.
The mission of this program is enhance the scope and promote sustainability of the involvement of Azerbaijani CSOs and local communities in the processes of public budgeting and spending and provision of services at rural and urban, pre and general education schools in the regions, in order to increase the services’ efficiency at these levels throughout the country, developing transparency and accountability in the allocation and use of the public funds.
Eligibility & Criteria-
- Members of Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) who has experience on Public Finance
- Participants who is willing to take part in the future training sessions
