Applications are invited for The Transformational Leadership – Scholarships and Partnerships Program offered under USAID. The purpose of this program is to develop a cadre of leaders to bring a significant change in Kosovo in priority economic, political, and social development areas.
USAID and the Government of Kosovo may provide up to $28.2M as total funding to be allocated over a span of 5 years.
Objectives-
- Coordinated, collaborative oversight of The Transformational Leadership initiative through an Advisory Committee.
- Kosovo citizens would receive a U.S post-graduate degree and professional certification.
- Improved university management and pedagogy in selected faculties of the University of Pristina and other universities through partnership and exchange with US universities.
