The Ellen MacArthur Foundation invites everyone around the globe, who thinks differently about innovation, the economy, technology and business to enter the Open Mic Competition and be part of the Disruptive Innovation Festival (DIF) to be held from 20 October to 14 November 2014. Interested candidates are encouraged to submit a 90 seconds video capturing their ideas for the Open Mic Session.
The theme for the video idea is- The economy is changing. What do I need to know, experience and do?
The Video Should
- Introduce the participant’s organization
- Describe entrant’s interests and their relevance to the Disruptive Innovation Festival
- Explain the proposal for Open Mic Session and why the entrant thinks it is a great idea
To enter the competition, candidates must fill and submit the online submission form with the link to the 90 seconds video. The entrant should first upload the recorded video in You Tube as ‘Unlisted’. The You Tube URL should be copied to the video entry and added on the online submission form.

Eligibility Criteria
- One person/organization can make only one entry.
- The application will be considered only if the video is uploaded to You Tube and the video’s URL supplied in the online form.
- Applicants should ensure they are available to attend the all-day Summit on 25th June 2014.
