The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Transformational Leadership Program – Scholarships and Partnerships (TLP-SP) is accepting applications from Kosovo nationals who have completed their Bachelors degree at the time of application. The TLP-SP aims to develop a cadre of leaders to drive significant change in Kosovo in priority economic, political, and social development areas through the Master’s degree scholarship program. The program covers all costs associated with the Master’s Degree Program in the US for those applicants selected to receive the scholarship.
The TLP-SP will apply to three US universities on the student’s behalf and allow the student to chose one host organization among those that accept the candidate. The TLP-SP will also bear the costs for TOEFL and others for the student to study in the US university.

Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be the citizens and permanent residents of Kosovo.
- Applicants must have completed their Bachelor’s level at the time of application submission. Individuals awaiting Bachelor’s diploma can submit an official letter from their university stating that they have completed the degree and are awaiting the official diploma.
- Candidates must select an area of study and specify a particular focus area in the application form.
- Applicants must commit to return to Kosovo after the completion of the program to participate in a volunteer Citizens Corps Program for at least two years.
