Proposals are accepted for Support to Regional Economic Development under EuropeAid. The mission of this program is to creating favorable conditions for business development and small-scale business related infrastructure.
Objectives-
- Contribute to the consolidation of the five economic regions and the creation of a regional development framework which is in line with EU best practice
- Support economic regeneration and creation of favorable economic development conditions as on regional as well as on Kosovo level.
The overall indicative amount made available under this Call for Proposals is € 6,200.000. The initial planned duration of an action may not be lower than 12 months nor exceed 24 months.
Eligibility & Criteria-
- be legal persons
- be non-profit-making
- be specific types of organisations such as: non-governmental organisations, public sector operators, local authorities, international (inter-governmental) organisations as defined by Article 43 of the Implementing Rules to the EC Financial Regulation . However, in case of a multi-beneficiary grant, an International Organisation cannot be the applicant
- be established in a Member State of the European Union or from a country covered by article 19 of IPA regulation. This obligation does not apply to international organisations
- be directly responsible for the preparation and management of the action with the co-applicant(s) and affiliated entity(ies), not acting as an intermediary
