The MoneyGram Foundation makes grants to support educational opportunities for children around the world, including expanding access to educational facilities and availability of learning resources.
The MoneyGram Foundation is focused on inspiring minds and improving lives. Since its inception in 2013, the foundation has impacted more than 75,000 children in 22 countries.
Grants are awarded quarterly to organizations identified by the Foundation. The MoneyGram Foundation provides funding for specific initiatives designed to expand educational opportunities for children.
Eligibility Criteria
Organizations must:
- Serve the community without discrimination on the basis of age, color, citizenship, disability, disabled veteran status, gender, race, religion, national origin, marital status, sexual orientation, military service or status.
- Qualify as tax-exempt public charities. The MoneyGram Foundation will obtain sufficient documentation from the organization to establish U.S. tax-exempt status or its international equivalent.
