Applicants are invited to submit their applications for Visegrad Small Grants program that serves as a facilitator of shorter-term, smaller-scale projects and is also suitable to provide seed funding and networking opportunities for future bigger scale projects.
The grant support is provided to individuals or institutions from at least 3 V4 countries and develops project activities in the fields of culture, science and research, education, youth exchanges, cross-border cooperation (bi-/trilateral projects possible), and tourism promotion.
Funding Information
Maximum contribution of the Fund for each Small Grant project is EUR 6,000.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any legal entity or natural person worldwide is eligible for funding, provided that the given project proposal deals with topics relevant to the V4 region and promotes cooperation among project partners in the region.
- Preferences are given to applicants from non-governmental, civil society organizations (NGOs/CSOs), municipalities and local governments, public schools and universities, research and scientific bodies and public institutions in general.
- State administration institutions cannot apply, nor can they be valid project partners, incl. ministries, embassies, official cultural institutes such as Balassi Institutes, Czech Centres, Polish Institutes (Instytut polski), or Slovak Institutes.
