According to the regulatory bases, the Directorate for Biodiversity Foundation, in part of the delegation of powers assigned to it, may, in competitive basis, grants to legal persons, hereinafter the entities, whatever the nature of these, for activities in the field of biodiversity, climate change and sustainable development, provided that relate directly to the aims of the Biodiversity Foundation provided in the sixth article of its statutes to conform to the competence framework constitutionally established, and demonstrate greater suitability to receive it according to established criteria.
In this regard, and in relation to this call, certain non- government aimed at defending and protecting the environment, are making an extra effort to participate in various state organs public participation in the development, implementation and monitoring environmental policies between Central Government and sectors relevant social and economic, with the institutional partners of the dialogue standing is required to set policy and overall planning environment in the public interest, so the Foundation Biodiversity want to direct this assistance to activities resulting from such participation.
