Deadline: 30 November 2014
The British Ornithologists’ Union (BOU) funds interesting, innovative and potentially high impact research of high scientific quality. The scientific studies should have clear aims and objectives (clearly stated in hypothesis) and clearly explained methods. Applications can be submitted on any aspect of ornithology, especially on areas where there are particular difficulties in funding research from national or local sources.
The BOU Small Ornithological Research Grants are aimed at funding small projects in their entirety or part-funding small-to-medium sized projects. Grant request can be made for up to £1000. In exceptional cases, BOU also awards grants up to £2000.
