UK/EU applicants are invited to apply for Arts and Humanities Research Council Research Preparation Studentship in English. The objective of this program is to provide applicant with the opportunity to develop their knowledge in a wide variety of English language and literature areas. Applicants will develop their skills and knowledge, enabling them to move into a variety of careers or into further postgraduate research.
Study areas-
- MA in English Studies
- MA in English Language and Linguistics
- MA in Modern Literature (and Creative Writing)
- MA in Victorian Studies
Eligibility & Criteria-
- Applicants must have a first-class or high upper second-class honours degree (or equivalent qualification) in English studies or be able to show evidence that they will achieve this before October 2013.
- This studentship is only available to new applicants who are eligible to pay the UK/EU tuition fee – i.e., those who are permanently resident in the UK or another EU country.
