Arts & Humanities Research Council is offering Studentships – Research Preparation Masters awards in Spanish and Spanish American studies, Portuguese and Brazilian studies, Philosophy, Medieval studies, Law, French, Digital humanities, Cultural studies, Critical methodologies, Classics, Byzantine and modern Greek studies at King’s College of London in UK.
Arts & Humanities Research Council (AHRC) funding for postgraduate students at King’s College London will be available competitively through the new AHRC Block Grant Partnership scheme, in a range of subject areas.
Awards in the Research Preparation Master’s Scheme provide funding for full and part-time study on Master’s courses where the focus is on advanced study and research training explicitly intended to provide a foundation for further research at Doctoral level
The Block Grant Partnership (BGP) allows organisations to submit bids for postgraduate awards for the five year period 2009 to 2013. Under the BGP the resulting awards will be allocated and managed by the institution.

- Classics & Ancient History
- Dance, Drama & Performing Arts
- French Language & Culture
- Iberian & Latin American Language & Culture
- Philosophy
Eligibility & Criteria-
- AHRC studentships are open to UK and EU students who meet the residency requirements set out by the AHRC.
- students wishing to undertake a postgraduate programme within one of the specified subject areas
