CEDLA – Center for Latin American Research invites proposals from Young Researchers for the Scholarships Netherlands in the field of Social sciences and Humanities.
The scholarships are meant to support innovative research carried out in the fields of the social sciences and the humanities and should preferably have a link with academic institutions in the Netherlands and/or refer to the relations between the Netherlands/Europe and Latin America.
Eligibility–
- Candidates must submit a research proposal for a three month research project that makes a valuable contribution to the international economic, political, or cultural relations between the Netherlands/Europe and Latin America.
- Research proposals which are linked with academic institutions in the Netherlands and/or refer to the relations between the Netherlands/Europe and Latin America will be given preference.
- Candidates are supposed to master either the Spanish or Portuguese language, as they will have to present their research proposal in Spanish or Portuguese during the ceremony for the award of the scholarships.
