The Malcolm Grant Scholarship is accepting applications from prospective UK or EU students in financial need and leadership potential in case they hold an offer of admission to UCL, to study full time undergraduate degree for 2014/15 intake. The major aim of Malcolm Grant Scholarship is to enable and encourage UK/EU students to pursue their undergraduate studies at UCL. The successful recipient will be awarded £25,000 for the duration of their program at UCL.
Malcolm Grant Scholarship award is offered in installments as determined by the length of the recipients’ program of study.
Eligibility Criteria –
- Applicants must be prospective UK or EU students and must hold an offer of admission to UCL to study a full-time undergraduate degree for the 2014/15 intake (commencing September 2014).
- Applicant may not be awarded the scholarship alongside other scholarships, studentships, awards, or bursaries unless approved by ULC.
- Applicant must commit to submit a letter of gratitude to UCL to the donors (To Whom It May Concern) within two months of the end date of the award. In the letter, the scholar should include comment on the impact of the scholarship on the recipient’s education and how the award has benefited them. It should also include details of proposed career plans and any career developments.
