Deadline- 15th February 2013
University of Sussex is desired to grant Studentship for PhD students in psychology which focus on identifying the existence of particular cognitive abilities rather than assessing the causes and consequences of individual variation in these abilities.
The School of Psychology at the University of Sussex is one of the largest centres for the study of psychology in the UK and an excellent environment in which to pursue a doctoral degree. Moreover, studies of individual variation in cognitive abilities are particularly pertinent given recent research highlighting that, in animals as well as humans, personality differences have an important role to play in determining the behaviour of individuals.
