The Africa Youth Trust (AYT), an independent development and advocacy organization is inviting applications for from Young Women Leaders for its Young Women in Governance Project which is funded by UN Women Governance and Gender Programme. The objective of the project is to provide young women the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively and proactively engage in governance processes. The project is being implemented in Kiambu, Machakos and Nairobi counties.
Africa Youth Trust looking for young women who meet the following qualifications:
- Who are in a leadership position in any sector
- Who posses good oral and written communication skills in English and Swahili
- Who demonstrate the ability to facilitate forums
- Who reside in any of the three Counties mentioned above
- Completed minimum education level of ‘O’ level
- Who are between 18-35 years of age
