The Intrapreneur Development Experience, IDEX invites applications for its most competitive 6-months fellowship program with the objective of skill development required for producing highly competitive social entrepreneur. Based on IDEX 20/20 curriculum, candidates will practice IDEX’s accelerated skills of worth two years’ experience in 6 months.
Structure of training program:
- 3 weeks of Pre-Departure Orientation – The first stage of IDEX fellowship begins with virtual training of 3-4 hours/week on every subject.
- 1 week Field Orientation – Training and Orientation program is conducted of 40 hours (aprx.) divided over a five day period.
- 6 months in Field Placement – With a schedule of 40 hours/week, fellows get the chance to work with IDEX’s partner enterprises. Work follows a 40 hours/week schedule working on projects involving customers and enterprises.
- 24 weeks in Capacity Building – Fellows undergo a capacity building program which includes advocacy and outreach, social innovation management, mobilization of resource and impact measurement. This 96 hours program is divided into training of 4-5 hours/week and covers all the modules.
- 1 day in Reflection Conference – Fellows celebrate completion of Global Fellowship program at finale event.
Stipend and Scholarships:
Stipend of approx $100-$150 USD/month is awarded to fellows towards their cost of living expense. Few selected candidates are granted scholarship full or partial amount of their $3500 USD tuition fee.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor (BS/BA/BBA) or Masters/Graduate degree.
- English fluency (spoken and written).
- Minimum 1-3 years of professional experience.
- Ability to work in high pressure environment.
- Eligible to legally work in India for 6 months.
