The Lincoln Institute of Land Policy Program on the People’s Republic of China is accepting proposals for academic papers from international candidates who have a PhD degree. The academic papers must address land, urban, fiscal, and environmental related issues relating to urbanization in China.
Amounts ranging between US$28,000 and US$32,000 will be granted to the selected fellows. The fellowship recipients will submit the final paper by 31 October 2015.

Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must have a PhD degree at the time of application submission.
- Proposed academic paper must focus on one of the above mentioned focus areas.
- Application must be made for grant support ranging between US$28,000 and US$32,000.
- Academic papers must address land, urban, fiscal, and environmental related issues relating to urbanization in China.
- Applicants must commit to submit the final paper by 31 October 2015.
Application materials include – cover sheet, project abstract, table of contents, calendar of activities, detailed budget, and project description.
