There are various websites offering lists of foundations giving grants to human rights projects. As such, it is important to spare time to research these Foundations in order to submit your ideas to as many potential donors as you can in order to secure funding (and maybe raise more money through various applications). For instance, the World Federation of United Nations Associations (WFUNA) updates its list of potential donors regularly, so it is worth starting your research from here.
