These sections are for a future plan derived from the nominated project. The CSV prize is looking for a project that can be planed to replicate and grow. You may use 1500 characters with spaces to describe the growth potential of the project, which means the project should be applicable and replicable to other local areas or regions widely. And in the development plan (1500 characters with spaces), you should explain how you plan to expand the project (e.g. through scaling it up to an increased number of beneficiaries or by replicating it to other social, cultural or geographical areas), and provide an overview of the mid-term and long-term development plan of the project. Finally, you need to describe the expected results and impacts (1500 characters with spaces) after the growth or expansion of the project in the area or region, including its expected direct impact on improving outcomes for its beneficiaries.
In addition, the challenges to the long-term viability of the future plan are also required to be mentioned. You may indicate potential challenges to the long term growth regarding both financial and organizational situations, and how you will overcome the challenges (1500 characters with spaces).
At the end, a project financial viability is required with 1500 characters with spaces. The project must be built on a practical and viable business model, and must have the potential to continue beyond the CSV Prize. You need to give examples that how the project was growing before the Prize, and how it will continue growing and expanding after the Prize. A rough budget as unit forms will be required to fill in as the categories of personnel, materials and equipment, and travel, etc.
You are required to list your previous funders of last year including funded amounts. Any attachments helping the nomination are welcome but not mandatory. You may upload any supporting documents as Microsoft Word file, e.g. business plan, budget, endorsement letters. Total upload file size cannot exceed 5MB. A budget explanation as description and a Gantt chart may be submitted as a Word file, and this is an example:
