The grant application form of the Global Fund for Women requests the following information in relation to the financial part of the project:
1. What is your fiscal period/year?
Indicate here the fiscal year of your organization.
2. Please check the box below if your organization is a new group that formed this fiscal year.

3. Please upload your organizational financial statements for the most recently completed fiscal year.
Financial statement of your organization such as audit report (if available), total revenue, sources of funding (donation, membership fee, members contribution, self-generated income etc.). If audit report is not available then upload a document including list of total expenses, including all projects and all operating/administrative expenses. These documents should be properly signed by official representatives of your organization and upload scanned copy into the system. If not possible, you can write down this information into the box provided but Global Fund prefers scanned documents. At the right side of each attached document you can put notes for this file such as for audit file you can write audited financial statement.
4. Please estimate the percentage of funds awarded to your organization LAST year in each category. Enter 0 (zero) if no funds were awarded in that category. Please ensure that the two numbers add up to 100.

Here in the two above box indicate percentage of financial support you have received for specific project fund restricted by donors and unrestricted donors support. Summation of these two must be 100.
