Once the above-mentioned problem framework is ready, a lot of clarity will be achieved. With this framework, we know the problem, we know the effects and we know the root causes of these all. Besides, we also know the solution i.e. what we need to do and also for whom it needs to be done.
Problem Description in a Proposal:
The problem, effects and root causes will go into the Problem Description of the project proposal. The Problem Description is the beginning part of the proposal where we describe the problem in detail. With the problem framework, we can now write a small paragraph explaining the situation (or the effects of the problem) we have seen in our area. Then we can write about the cause of this situation. Further to this, we can also identify further causes, if any. At the end of the situational analysis, we can mention the solution briefly, only briefly because we will write more about it later.
Problem Description in a proposal is all about explaining the situation of the community, the causes of this situation, the effects of this situation and the possible solutions proposed
