Call for proposals are invited for new vision on the Balkan Incentive Fund for Culture. This proposal offers a unique opportunity to rethink the Balkan Incentive Fund for Culture (BIFC) in the Balkan region.
European Cultural Foundation (ECF) and the Open Society Institute (OSF) invite organizations in the Balkans to bring forward inspiring proposals for establishing and developing the BIFC in the region, building on the legacy of BIFC and exploring new opportunities for partnerships.
European Cultural Foundation (ECF) initiates and support cultural exchange and creative expression across wider Europe. The organization does this because culture inspires, empowers and engages people to create democratic societies.
Call for proposals are interested in innovative views on how the BIFC could develop in the region to best serve the aspirations as well as requirements of the professional arts and culture sector in the Balkan region.
