The Plan Pakistan invites PBA (Pakistan Broadcasters Association) and APNS (All Pakistan Newspapers Society) registered firms in Pakistan to prepare Media Campaign on Free and Compulsory Education in Sindh & Punjab. The major objective of the call is to develop and launch media (advocacy and awareness raising) campaign with focus on advocacy on immediate need of developing implementation Plan for Punjab & Sindh Free and Compulsory Education Act, girls’ education and increase in budgetary allocation for education.

Eligibility Criteria
- Firms registered with PBA and APNS are eligible to submit proposals.
- Two separate proposals – technical and financial – should be made in two separate envelops.
- Proposals must demonstrate work in the education sector and education proejcts in project areas.
- Applicants must have demonstrable expertise on child rights and gender equality.
- Applicants must have track record in developing and conducting various types of media campaigns and number of campaigns for development sector.
- Applicants must have experience in developing campaigns in local languages especially Sindhi & Sraiki.
The technical proposal also includes expression of interest, curriculum vitae of team members, organizational profile, activities schedule/work plan.
