In November 2012, fundsforngos.org organized a free training webinar on fundraising for NGOs around the world. The objective of the webinar was to get fundraising experts answer some of the commonly asked questions on fundraising, proposal writing and organizational sustainability. We invited organizations to post questions on our Forum. Among the questions posted, we selected the most relevant of them and conducted a one-hour webinar where our fundraising experts answered each of them.
We had recently published a video recording of this free webinar so that you can view it and benefit from it. But at the same time, we realized that many NGOs and individuals from the developing world, where internet connection is slow, were not able to view it. In order to help such organizations, we are offering the same webinar video as an audio file. We have also split this one-hour long audio file into 13 different parts so that you can easily view them one by one. This process is most useful for those who use the internet under very slow speed conditions.
The audio recording discusses questions such as: How to find donor agencies? How to network with funders? How to develop a strategic plan for fundraising? How to identify Government/Corporate Donors? How to carry out online fundraising? How to write effective proposals?…and more.
Many of the fundraising questions not answered in the recording have been answered on our Forum.
