The Public Affairs Section (PAS) of the U.S. Embassy in Kabul, Afghanistan is accepting applications for Women’s program. The aim is to promote the advancement of women and girls in Afghan society, particularly in regional population centers of Kabul, Jalalabad, Herat and Mazar-e Sharif.
Award Information
- Minimum award – $150,000
- Maximum award – $200,000
The primary objective is to advance gender equality and to maintain and enhance the empowerment of Afghan women and girls.
Eligibility Information
- Eligibility is open to all non-profit, non-governmental organizations.
- For profit entitles are not eligible to be the prime recipient.
- Applicants must submit proof of their non-profit status with their proposal submission.
- Individuals are not eligible for this award.
