The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), Rwanda is accepting comments and/or questions on the attached Private-Sector Driven Agricultural Growth Statement of Work. USAID/Rwanda intends to issue a five-year, $25 million contract – entitled Private-Sector Driven Agricultural Growth (PSD-AG) under the United States Government’s (USG) Feed the Future Initiative.
The purpose of PSD-AG is to increase investment in agricultural value chains that will lead to improved income for participants. Investors are best placed to identify the constraints to success, and to consider whether proposed reforms will achieve the intended results.
Eligibility–
This procurement shall be conducted under full and open competition under which any type of organization (U.S. and Non-U.S commercial [for profit] firms, educational institutions and nonprofit organizations) is eligible to compete.
