Stroke Association: Inviting Applicants for Project Grants!

Stroke Association is inviting applicants for the project grants that is a most popular funding stream and covers the whole spectrum from prevention and risk factors, through to treatment and rehabilitation in a clinical setting and longer-term in the community. Two types of application can be submitted for project grants funding stream.

  • Clinical Trial Project Grants
  • Developmental Research Project Grants

Stroke Association has wide range of research awards offer a variety of opportunities for stroke researchers to gain funding and to support at different levels of your career and establish supporting your own research team.

Project Grants are normally awarded for a period of up to three years. In very exceptional circumstances grants may be awarded for up to five years.

Grant Information: Up to £210,000 over up to three or five years.

  • Applications will not be accepted from those who have outstanding reports for other awards held with the Stroke Association.
  • Awards are tenable only at Universities, NHS Trusts, Statutory Social Care Organisations or other Research Institutions within the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
