The United States Agency for International Development Southern Africa (USAID/SA) is seeking applications for a Cooperative Agreement from a qualified organization to fund a program entitled Lesotho HIV Care and Treatment Services in order to contribute to the shared priority of the Governments of Lesotho and the Unites States Government to significantly reduce the number of new HIV infections and eliminate pediatric HIV and mother to child transmission of HIV in Lesotho by 2015 and beyond.
