Human Rights Monitoring Institute and OSFL Projects are jointly inviting proposals for Non-governmental Organizations Fund – Lithuana of European Economic Area (EEA) Grants. The major aim of the NGO program Lithuana is strengthened civil society development and enhanced contribution to social justice, democracy and sustainable development; and strengthened bilateral relationship between Lithuania and the Donor States – Norway, Iceland, and Liechtenstein.
Applicants can submit concept for large scale projects and applications for small grants. Only selected organizations will be eligible to submit full proposal for large grants. Grant size for small scale projects range between EUR10,000 to EUR40,000 and large scale projects range between EUR40,001 to EUR150,000 which can be up to 90% of the eligible cost.

Eligibility Criteria –
NGOs – non-profit voluntary organization established as a legal entity in the Republic of Lithuania, having a non-commercial purpose, independent of local, regional and central government, public entities, political parties and commercial organizations – are eligible to apply.
