Europe Aid is seeking proposals for Non State Actors and Local Authorities in Development Promoting Gender Equality through Political, Social and Economic Rights for Women. The purpose of this program is poverty reduction in the context of sustainable development, including the pursuit of the Millennium Development Goals (MDG) and other internationally agreed targets.
Objectives-
- Promoting gender equality in access to political and others fundamentals rights
- The proposed actions may include without limitation
- Enhancing gender equity in access to socio-economic rights and economic empowerment
The overall indicative amount made available under this Call for Proposals is EUR 400,000. The planned duration of an action may not be lower than 12 nor exceed 36 months.
Eligibility & Criteria-
- Be legal persons
- Be non-profit making
- Be Non State Actors
- Be established in The Gambia or a Member State of the European Union or of an ACP state
- Be directly responsible for the preparation and management of the action with their partners, not acting as an intermediary
