Celebrating International Day of Indigenous Peoples- A List of 12 Foundations Promoting Indigenous Peoples Rights around the World

August 9, 2015 is the International Day of the World’s Indigenous People!! This day is a day to recognize and appreciate all indigenous cultures. The United Nations is also holding a variety of events around the globe!

This year’s theme puts a spotlight on the issue of indigenous peoples’ access to health care services, as improving indigenous peoples’ health remains a critical challenge for indigenous peoples.

Certain indigenous people are vulnerable to exploitation, marginalization and oppression by nation states formed from colonising populations or by politically dominant, different ethnic groups. In order to emphasize them, we have created a list of foundations supporting indigeneous communities worldwide in the areas of health, finance, poverty, justice, safety and much more to strengthen indigeneous people and communities around the world.

We are a npo organisation dealing with ovc’s, child headed house hold,youth headed,the total number is 98 we serve them with cooked meals during working days(monday-friday)so they are some who need food parcels to cook in their homes,and we do some home visits others need clothes,blankets please we are asking for your help so that we can help them,our aim is to fight agaisnt poverty,crime,diseases that put childrens to be orphans snd vulnerable,also we do our best to do some awareness campagns to womens,childrens and youth,please we need your help.
