Applications are invited by ActionAid India from qualified and experienced candidates for the job/vacancy of Area Manager- Fundraising (4 Posts). The locations of this job/vacancy will be based in Bangalore, Patna, Hyderabad and Kolkata. Total monthly compensation is approximately Rs 40,800/-.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead an effective result oriented direct marketing team in the region.
- Ensure achievement of direct marketing fundraising target for the region on a sustained basis.
- Actively initiate and support the strengthening of profile of ActionAid India in the Region so that fundraising activities are facilitated.
- Undertake monitoring and evaluation of the direct marketing fundraising activities and achievements of the team members as per the agreed targets.
The Ideal Candidate should
- Have minimum 4-8 years sales/fundraising/marketing experience with sound track record.
- Be a Graduate/Post Graduate
- Have good command over English and local language, both verbal and written.
- Have strong passion and commitment to work with the poor and marginalized.
- Possess strong leadership, interpersonal communication and administrative skills.
- Work experience in not-for-profit sector will be preferred.
