Applications are invited by CARE Haiti from qualified and deserving candidates for the job/vacancy of Project Manager Construction and Retrofit. The location of this job will be based in Haiti – Port-au-Prince . Please note that this is Full Time, Accompanied – Spouse only position with travel upto 40%. French and English languages are required for this position. Duration of this consultancy is 3 years.
Required
- BA degree in International development or other relevant field;
- At least 5 years of experience working in housing, reconstruction and/or community development;
- Minimum 2 years in senior management position;
- Experience in designing, managing and implementing emergency programs in a post conflict setting;
- Proven capacity to effectively manage and mentor staff with various levels of skills and experience;
- Experience monitoring and evaluating activities;
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills;
- Fluent in English and French;
- Ability to collaborate with people and organizations of diverse backgrounds.
