The United Nations invites applications from the qualified candidates for the post of Organizational Development Specialist – Evaluation of the Political Party Development Program. Job location is Pakistan.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Review relevant background documents.
- Participate in a Team Planning Meeting (TPM) in Islamabad and help finalize the SOW and the team’s work plan.
- Discuss roles and responsibilities of evaluation team members during the TPM.
- Design instruments for Key Informant Interviews (KIIs) and group discussions.
- Conduct on-site KIIs and participate in group discussions.
- Participate in the data analysis.
- Participate in the report writing.
- Undertake other tasks required for the successful completion of the evaluation.
Qualifications and Experience :
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- At least ten combined years of relevant experience in implementation, academic or consulting positions.
- Applied knowledge of (preferably political party) organizational development issues in Pakistan.
- Short-term consulting experience in Pakistan or neighboring countries preferred.
- Demonstrated facilitation skills and report writing abilities.
- Ability to travel throughout Pakistan.
