World Vision Indonesia has invited applications from qualified and deserving applicants to fill vacancy of Design, Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist. Locations of this job will be based in SulMal (Sulawesi and North Moluccas).
Major Roles:
To support WVIndonesia’s strategic mandates to “strengthen our grass roots field capacity and ministry” by supporting Area Development Programs and projects in implementing DME task including good quality monitoring and reporting, that is well-documented meets partnership standards (DME/LEAP) and is used for accountability, improved management decisions, and organizational learning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Statistic education background id preferable
- Min. 1 years of experience in development program
- Minimum 2 years of experienced in Design, Monitoring and Evaluation (DME) task
- Understand, able and in advance using statistics methods and software
- Good communication, analytical and interpersonal relationship skills
