World Vision Cambodia is looking for a Project Manager (Re-Ann) and invites applications from qualified and deserving applicants. Location of this job will be based in Humanitarian Emergency Affair Program (HEAP), Phnom Penh.

Purpose of the Position
- To provide overall leadership, planning and management to Mainstreaming DRR & DM to community and ADPs project.
- To provide technical support to projects/program to ensure effective integration of DRR and DM project into LEAP and ADPs.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Rural of Development or other related field.
- Associate degree in Disaster Management is advantage.
- At least 2 years experience in Disaster Risk Management, community based disaster risk management
- Three years experience in project management which include design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and report writing.
- Good communication and facilitation skills including English proficiency.
