Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) is currently seeking applications from the eligible applicants for the post of Advisor – Transfer Pricing in Paris, France. The duration for the post is of 2 years.
The Advisor – Transfer Pricing will support the Transfer Pricing work programme and take responsibility within the Unit for assisting non-OECD economies, focusing on implementation of transfer pricing legislation and administrative capacity building in the transfer pricing area, and country accession programmes.

Key Jobs Responsibilities
The Advisor – Transfer Pricing will perform the following functions-
- Develop and lead bilateral and multilateral training events for tax officials in non-OECD economies.
- Prepare analytical reports, policy briefs and materials to be used in bilateral and multilateral capacity building events as needed.
- Provide input to OECD policy development bodies on non-OECD country concerns relating to the OECD transfer pricing work programme.
- Establish timelines; milestones and lists of deliverables for projects and events.
- Co-ordinate with the CTPA/GR Division and Task Force on Tax and Development.
- Contribute to the preparation of analytical reports and materials in the OECD transfer pricing work programme.
- Facilitate the discussions of Working Party 6 of the Committee on Fiscal Affairs (CFA) and the Global Forum on Transfer Pricing on assigned topics which may include, transfer pricing aspects of financial transactions and revisions to the Transfer Pricing Guidelines and other recommendations.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have-
- An advanced university degree or equivalent in taxation, economics, business, accounting or law.
- A minimum of three, preferably five years’ experience in transfer pricing matters including significant hands on experience with the preparation of transfer pricing studies, comparable searches and related analyses.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering international training seminars on transfer pricing topics.
- Knowledge of OECD instruments, standards and benchmarks in the tax area, particularly in relation to transfer pricing.
- Familiarity with transfer pricing dispute resolution mechanisms and processes.
- Expertise in the transfer pricing aspects of financial transactions would provide a desirable advantage.
- Fluency in one of the two OECD official languages (English and French) and knowledge of the other, with a commitment to reach a good working level.
