The FHI 360 is currently inviting applications from the eligible applicants for the post of Financial Systems Trainer based in Durham-North Carolina, USA.

Key Job Responsibilities
The Financial Systems Trainer performs the following functions-
- Interviews stakeholders to gather and document training requirements in support of the FHI 360’s Deltek ERP.
- Under the supervision of the Financial System Learning Manager, ensure effective knowledge transfer to the business functional leads and key users in their area of expertise to support long term local sustainability and support for FHI 360’s financial systems.
- Supports the Financial Systems Learning department in identifying the training and learning needs of FHI360 employees both domestically and internationally.
- Supports the design and development of training modules, instructional manuals, handouts, visual aids, evaluation forms, quick reference guides, e-learnings, SOPs, work instructions and other educational materials based on FHI 360’s financial policies and procedures in support of our Financial Systems.
- Works and trains financial field staff as needed.
- Supports the development of a training calendar and newsletter that highlights key developments in the Financial Systems ERP implementation as well as detailing what type of training opportunities is being offered.
- Coordinates the logistics of instructional learning events.
- Provides first-line support to the global users of the enterprise financial system on the COMPASS Help Desk.
- Perform system testing including the development of test cases, running test scenarios, documenting results, tracking defects and verifying processes are working as designed.
- Supports other COMPASS implementation activities as required.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have-
- Bachelor’s degree or its international equivalent and at least 0 to 3 years related work experience.
- Experience with adult learning methodologies, instructional design and/or technical documentation within a global enterprise environment strongly preferred.
- Experience conducting application based software training in a classroom or web-based environment preferred.
- Experience developing e-learning materials strongly preferred.
- Financial/programmatic experience in a government contracting environment strongly preferred.
- Superior communication skills. Prior experience with international or cross cultural context is strongly preferred.
- Articulate, professional and able to communicate in a clear, positive manner with client and staff.
- Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.
- Domestic and International Travel might be required up to 25%.
