The Management Accounting for NGOs (Mango) is currently seeking applications from the eligible applicants for the post of In-house Training Manager based in Oxford, UK.
Mango is the only NGO focused on strengthening the financial management and accountability of NGOs around the world by providing award-winning financial management training, consultancy and recruitment services that help NGOs to manage their money well and demonstrate this to donors with clarity and confidence.
Key Job Responsibilities
The In-house Training Manager will perform the following functions-
- Developing Mango’s in house training programme from a portfolio of clients
- Managing in-house programme delivery through a team of staff and associates
- Ensuring the in house training programme delivers a high quality service to clients and that learning is captured and disseminated
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have-
- Experience in:
- Financial management in NGOs
- Developing client relationships and business opportunities
- Designing and/or implementing learning and development programmes
- Project management
- Passion for supporting organisational change through training
- Commitment to Mango’s mission and values
