Global Communities is currently seeking applications from the eligible applicants for the post of Capacity Building and Organizational Development Specialist in Honduras.

Key Jobs Responsibilities
The Capacity Building and Organizational Development Specialist will perform the following functions-
- Responsible for capacity building interventions with workforce development service providers including INFOP, vocational training institutes; youth service centers, etc. ensuring their ability to deliver high quality services that are continually updated to align with market demand improved.
- Serve as a technical resource for private sector partners seeking to support or directly provide workforce development services.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have-
- A Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in a field related to institutional capacity building #e.g. education administration, organizational development sociology, international development, etc.).
- At least five years of experience in capacity development and institutional strengthening, preferably within workforce development service provider organizations.
- Demonstrated ability in institutional capacity assessment and measurement.
- Demonstrated ability in developing and implementing strategies for institutional change
- Strong experience working in Honduras.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork.
- Professionally proficiency and fluency in written and spoken Spanish.
- Professional fluency in English is strongly preferred.
