Palladium is currently seeking applications from the eligible applicants for the post of Deputy Chief of Party in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
The Deputy Chief of Party will oversee and lead all technical aspects of the projects including evaluation design, implementation, knowledge dissemination, technical assistance to the upcoming TRANSFORM implementing partners and learning.

Key Jobs Responsibilities
The Deputy Chief of Party will perform the following functions-
- Provide direction and oversight to a team of long- and short-term technical experts.
- Lead the design and implementation of monitoring and evaluation activities, including designing appropriate methodologies and data collection tools and instruments, indicator development, evaluation design and implementation, baseline assessments, and other related activities.
- Provide guidance for the implementation of a learning and knowledge management strategy.
- Lead and participate in research related activities in collaboration with other stakeholders, including TRANSFORM implementing partners.
- Prepare and deliver high quality evaluation reports and other deliverables.
- Provide technical assistance to TRANSFORM implementing partners and other stakeholders.
- Work with the COP to ensure timely and high quality routine project reporting.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have-
- Master’s degree in public health, international development, statistics or other related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in designing, implementing and overseeing performance and impact evaluations and assessments of donor funded health programs.
- At least five years of supervisory experience over technical staff.
- Fluency in English.
