Palladium is currently seeking applications from the eligible applicants for the post of Senior Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
The Senior Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist will be responsible for leading and implementing M&E related activities for the upcoming TRANSFORM project.

Key Jobs Responsibilities
The Senior Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist will perform the following functions-
- Lead the development of appropriate monitoring and data collection systems in collaboration with TRANSFORM implementing partners.
- Conduct performance and impact evaluations of TRANSFORM programs; this includes the development of the evaluation methodology, design of the data collection tools and instruments, and selection of appropriate and relevant indicators, data analysis, developing recommendations and preparing evaluation reports.
- Participate in research-related activities in collaboration with other stakeholders, including TRANSFORM implementing partners.
- Prepare and contribute substantively to high quality evaluation reports and other deliverables.
- Provide technical assistance to TRANSFORM implementing partners and other stakeholders.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must have-
- Master’s degree in public health, international development, statistics or other related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in designing, implementing and overseeing performance and impact evaluations and assessments of donor funded health programs.
- Fluency in English.

- Demonstrated experience in performing M&E activities for RMNCH and/or WASH programs in Ethiopia.
- Knowledge of USAID Evaluation Policy.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
